Wake and Work

The simplest way to make every start its best!!

  • Place Organic coffee grounds (I like the added freshness and flavor of grinding my own, right before use) into a french press. Cover with water (I use tap water, as the dentist in me wants the fluoride, the RN in me wants the ions and minerals and environmentalist in me wants to eliminate plastic bottle use/waste). Place your coffee ground and water filled press in the refrigerator.
    • The best time to do this is the evening prior, approximately 12 hours before your typical morning departure time

  • In the morning, gently press your coffee, to separate the grounds from the delicious brew that awaits you.
  • I then add my favorite Plant Fusion protein to a shaker bottle, pour my delicious cold press coffee in, shake, and VOILA! I’m done!

This lets me enjoy the synergistic benefits of a healthier cup of coffee alongside a complete meal supplement. This not only energizes my day but also keeps me satisfied and feeling great!!
