Chocolate Pronuts

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Organic Coconut Flour

1/4 Cup  Plant Fusion Phood Protein Powder

1/4 Cup Organic Cacao Powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon Organic Stevia extract powder OR 1/2 Cup

5 Jumbo Eggs (organic, free range, vegetarian fed preferred)

1/2 cup coconut oil melted

Toppings: semi sweet dark chocolate chips, coconut, powdered sugar, pistachios etc…

Directions:

Pronuts:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine coconut flour,Phood, cacao powder, baking soda, salt and sweetener into one bowl
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs together then combine to dry ingredients
  4. Add melted coconut oil last; mix until smooth
  5. Spray pan with coconut oil spray
  6. Add batter to pan and bake for twenty minutes
  7. Allow to cool

Glaze:

Melt semi sweet dark chocolate chip and smooth onto pronuts; apply desired toppings before chocolate cools
